This is my 6th week of diet and my 3rd one using fatsecret. What I see it's happening is that I have become so reliant on this that I don't dare eat anything whose weight and calory number I don't know, as I want to log everything in (and I do). And I don't dare to surpass the number of calories I set as a goal, because I would feel bad with myself for doing so.
Not sure if this is good or bad ¿Has this ever happened to you?

Yes, the second half is what happened to me, it worked though, I've lost a fair chunk because if that.
I've tried to take a more relaxed approach, for example if I go out for a roast dinner I'll put it in as day 1.5 or 2 ready meal roast dinners depending on how big it was, being on the side of overestimating. I had to learn tmto work like this, I started as you say you are. I would say it's important to try to be somewhat relaxed or food will become a chore not a pleasure and it really does not matter if you are a few calories underestimated one day, you'll ever estimate by more the rest of the time.

It's worked for me. I have lost 4 stone. I have been the same logging everything but if it's not on here I don't avoid it just research it and on the computer based site register it and then log it! !! I have literally done this last night I went to hungry horse and had a under 600 calories meal. ... lasagne and salad. I have now entered it onto the database myself it's easy really. Good luck.
