Ini catatan kelamku waktu masih belajar dan blm tau kebutuhan kalori yg benar. Jd kalori yg masuk dbwh 1000 dan msh ketambahan aktif cardio. Badan aku keliatan gk sehat, cepet lemes, pusing. Buat temen2 jangan smpk makan dbwh 1000 kalori deh.
