跑去查了下輕斷食,突然有些感興趣了🤔🤔

輕斷食其實蠻好的。不會像斷食這麼痛苦。效果也不錯。而且輕斷食方法有很多。可以依照自己的習慣與飲食去調整。反而不用太忌口也會瘦
