K.O Abis 25min HIIT, padahal dulu 45min juga dijabanin. Udah beberapa hari ini officially cut brisk walking n uphill sprinting dulu krn betis yg udah over develop dan bikin nyari celana panjang susahnya minta ampun. Di pinggang pas (thanks god udah turun 3 uk, dr 33 now 30an udah pas lg), di betis kayak nangka dibungkus... 🤣🤣🤣
