Make your own in the crockpot!! I have been doing it for a few years never thinking of it as s healthy version but more cost friendly and the meat is better. Turkey bacon!! Low fat Swiss and Russian dressing in the crockpot. Omg so good.

Definitely give it a try!! Of course we stick with the rye bread 😊😊 I haven’t made it in probably almost a year so I might make that this coming weekend 😋😋😋

Mmmm. reuben sandwich! With a little thought and effort you can have one everyday! For me the best part was always the sauerkraut and russian dressing. Swap out the traditional rye bread with an ezekial bread. Turkey shredded fine, if its too dry add a little evoo, and make your own russian dressing by googling healthier versions that use greek yogurt as the base ingredient. The calorie and nutrition killers are the bread, fatty meat and bottled russian dressing. The cheese....sometimes I do and sometimes I pass. It is all about making healthier versions of the things you love!!

Love my Reuben’s. Corn beef not a bad option - high in fat if on keto Best part of of St Patty’s day is the leftover corn beef if your lucky for a Reuben sandwich. Use low calorie rye with low calorie thousand island dressing. Just figure into my RDI

Really think the cheese was the main issue. Half of the cheese and meat would have been plenty for me. I was very full. Had 3 of my hubby's french fries. I am not a big ff eater.

When my husband made a gen-you-ine Irish boiled dinner, I enjoyed the corner beef and cabbage (minus carrots and potatoes) and suggested we have it more often!
