Woke at 230.8, down 3.8 from yesterday. Starting the day with a big protein coffee. Will enjoy that and then do HIIT on my bike. Jason noticed yesterday that the damned thing had video games on it that are controlled by joysticks at the top of the handles! I will be too busy concentrating on going all out to play with those! Rainy Saturday, but warm. Enjoy your day! UPDATE: Did 22 minutes of HIIT on the bike. Set up Fitbit to track it and it was considered Spinning. Who knew? I did 14 minutes at my peak heart rate and 8 minutes at cardio levels with an average BPM of 130 (hitting 150 at times). I averaged 13.6 mph and got up to 23 mph at one point on a HIIT attack! Weighed 228.8 afterward. UPDATE: 229.2 at 6:30 after eating and drinking, so 228.8 is the new low for the week. Heading out to see Denise's choir sing and will probably get dinner after.

Great job! Your chart looks good :) - - Something I have noticed is I no longer get the big 3+ pound 'swings' (in either direction). I am not sure what has changed 🤔 My body fat is lower, but, why should that make that much difference? I only bring it up with you because you can see from my history, this time last yea,r my body behaved just like yours.

So you can play games and bike at the same time? I would not be able to do that. I always slow down when I have to think or concentrate. Hope it works out. That is a very nice weight drop!!!!!!
