Well, my keto was getting sloppier and sloppier. On Monday this week I re-committed myself to this w.o.e. And lost a bit. Hooray! I'm about as low as I've been in many years, although a two week walking vacation took off a bit more a couple of years ago, but that was very temporary. So I'm planning to get my weight below 170 soon and then keep on going. I'm looking forward to 150.
