辛苦是有代價的
熬過了斷食達標24hr 體重下衝快1kg
昨天喝水量達到4000cc啊
整個餓到就是各種念想
昨晚還趁機打了回台美食清單
話說這幾天體重有下降體脂有下降
肌肉量上升體水率逐漸往上增加
這是紮紮實實的瘦掉肥肉的跡象啊
簡直激發人心
吃早餐go~
