You and I are in the same boat. All I can recommend is for you to make sure you track what you eat throughout the day everyday. That helps keep you honest with what your eating and be able to find trends in what is impacting your gains and helping your losses. It will also help you feel more committed. Best of luck to you. Summer isn't over yet :)

I agree, keep the food journal, its annoying, but its your own personal problem solver. It doesnt lie. :] YOu can do this hun! Keep your thoughts positive :]
