I fasted 48hr. I really didn't feel well. I felt so cold and nursea. So I couldn't do 72hr. 😭
Well, I hit the gym hard tomorrow morning and eat right.
87.2 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 87.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Some people do better on intermittent fasting rather than fasting for such long periods of time...have you tried doing it that way instead? It might help...
