kalau di pikir ya... saya mulai diet udah mulai dekat akhir 2018. sekarang 2019 udah 79,5(semalam gr2 stress skripsi makan tahu kesetanan malah naik1gr wkwk) udah banyak yang saya lewati selama diet haha. masih berjuang buat nyentuh angka 70kg😆

Waaaah kita hampir sama,, bb awal aku 108,8 dan sekarang 82kg.. aku masih 22 kg lagi yg harus turun biar ideal.. aku udah tepat 6 bulan hari ini semenjak merubah pola hidup ke yg lbh sehat 😊
