Well that's what I get for feeling smug about my weekend eating in restaurants. I really did try and I documented everything I ate. and on paper it all looked legit. but I guess I underestimated some foods and I ended up gaining a half pound. Not a lot but when your only losing half a pound at a time it can be pretty demoralizing. Oh well, back on the wagon.

Exactly what Bianca said, and... It takes 3500 calories for a pound so you would have had to go way over to gain .6. Keep at it you are doing great.

You may be right. I don't normally weigh myself more than once a week but I just felt different and decided to weigh in again. I was down a pound and a half since Tuesday! Despite my age I never look at salt intake. I don't have health issues around salt. But I do love my salt and I can see how that makes a difference. Thanks for your input. I will have to keep an eye on that.
