Storm already brewing here in Central Fl.Must be some of the feeder
bands from that Hurricane Alex out by the Mexico/lower Texas border.
Well this is the season so we can expect anything until the first of Nov.It certainly does not help the slowness of getting rid of the oil
out of the Gulf.

Anyway when I weighed on Monday,I knew I had lost weight but didn't want to share it too much.Not that I didn't want to,its because when
you look at when I started and where I am now,I really wanted to run
and hide.But the good common sense in me I think took over this morning
I'm not the only one struggling.I have stalled/played for so long,so
the end results was nothing more then I could expect.
Reading a posting late last night made me realize,I can't advise anyone
until I get better and serious doing this WOL.

I decided yesterday to go thru my drawers where I store some of the
clothes I can't fit in and refresh them.It made me realize how much
I want to wear those things,the only way is to stay true not perfect
to plan.

So until I feel that I can help,truly help someone I will keep quiet
for now,do my thing to get to goal.My buddies are wonderful,loving and
understanding.

With the ending of this speech,probably a little pity,have a super day
and tog we will do get to the end of the rainbow with success

Mary Ellen, you offer so much more than just a little advice here. you ahve some valid points, some great advice, and your humor and story telling are something that make this journey a little easier to make!! Please don't stop, we will miss you if you do, and I for one, have taken some of your advice and used it to help me on my path. You are one of life's little treasures and I am always so happy when I see that you have added your comments! So please, keep them coming!!
