salah satu hal yang aku sadari dari dietku pas dari 108 sampai 92 kg, aku gak cukup air dan malah ngeganti air dengan makanan. jadi setiap pagi aku habisin 950ml air, makan siang 950ml air, malamnya 2 botol 950ml air.
