Ran 3-miles for the 1st time in almost 20 years. Wasn't a real fast pace (just over 10m/mile) but I was able to finish which was a feat in itself. Looking forward to improving my time over the next few weeks/months. Just happy to be up and running again ... couldn't do it before b/c I was to heavy. Good Times!

Congrats on running! It all starts somewhere :) I just started running in September and just completed my first half marathon this last Saturday so the sky is the limit. Sign up for some 5K's in your area, it gives you a rush to run with so many people and you'll feel like a king/queen!
