It's been a hard few weeks.. I hurt my left knee, so all of the progress I've made has been stalled something fierce. I'm waiting to find out if it needs surgery, which will just suck. I'm still doing Taichiquan, but sitting. It sucks, because I'm not getting any sort of exercise that I used to. But on the flip side, I'm gaining great technique with my arms and breathing. So, cheers to hoping all I need is PT, and not surgery!
