Really splurge yesterday (my cheat day) with Rum/Ginger Ale cocktails, lots of chips and queso and steak and chicken fajitas with the works. Also, had a few smores and Ice Cream to boot.

I look forward to working hard this week with my eyes firmly set on my goal of 210!
97.0 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
