Did 40 minutes, 9.35 miles, burning 240 cals on resistance level 2 on recumbent bike today.
I've been feeling good in general. I find walking around to be loads more enjoyable since I seem to have fewer aches and very little lower back pain. Sleep could be better, and not having to drink so much of my goal of 9 glasses of water after I get home would certainly help, so need to work on that some. Want to try & stay strong around upcoming holiday temptation. Looking forward to Christmas Eve with my girls & grandson. We often have crab & Ceaser Salad for lunch, but no crab boats going out til prices get higher, so it may be lobster instead.....darn!
