plz forgive me. I had a nasty cheat meal yesterday. it will take me 2 days of 500 kcal deficit to correct that into maintenance mode. jeez.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 20 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
