Had a fantastic re-start week. averaged 1550 per day (v good for me) and did excercise 5 times. I now need to check the scale tomorrow, or perhaps I should give it more time so I am assured a downward movement! 😏🤔. feeling healthy and pleased to be taking care if my body.
