gogogirl, get going to a post you can deal with. Comparing Fats and carbs to hard drugs is pretty messed up. 

I thought a Bismark or Bismarck named after Otto Von Bismarck, was a filled, round donut??

Gogo you and I probably eat the same amount of carbs...the only difference is that I eat them smoothly and consistently and you eat them like if there’s no tomorrow 🤯
