Yay for me! I went to breakfast with my husband this morning, and I did pretty well I think! I had one slice whole wheat toast, 1/2 of a green chili/cheese omelet, and 1/2 of an order of hash browns. I cut everything down the middle when my order came and when I was finished with my alloted portions, I was full & happy. I did feel the urge to wolf down the remaining food, but I put the plate on the edge of the table so the busboy would remove it....that was huge for me! I hate to leave food on my plate; but I did it! Yay!
Off to the trainer to sweat it out! Have a good day...

I know how you feel! But you did an excellent job! Way to go! I know it was difficult, but don't you feel great! What an accomplishment! :D

You did great! Portion size is everything and I remember reading that Heather Locklear did the same thing at a restaurant - consistently ate half of what she was served. Way to go!!!! It's not about avoiding restaurants or avoiding high calorie foods -- it's about how many calories go into your mouth/stomach/thighs!!!
