Had a little extra fun last night with 3 scoops of Bryers light icecream (butterpecan) Not overboard. Just not what I should have picked and maybe not 3 scoops.

Looking forward to a wonderful day with wife and kiddos.

Good recumbant bike ride this morning. 50 minutes at 133 bpm. likely around 500-550 calories burned.
