Ok so I had a reality check this morning just before getting ready to go to this boxfit class that I love! I tried on trousers (pants for all u americano's out there:) I bought these trousers last summer (when I was at my skinniest). And i couldnt even get them past my thigh's!!! :(

BIG EYE OPENER!!! I fit so good into these trousers last summer! It was the first time realizing how big I have gotten in a year! But I also know that I can lose it too. (I HOPE).

I feel so alone on this weight loss journey! My mom who is over weight too is still eating so badly and it hurts me to see her doing it. Its also one of the reasons I gained so much when I moved back home after university. We would eat together and if I saw her eating too much I would take her food (in some sick and twisted way I felt that I was helping her). But in fact it's taken me to this point where I am now.

At least Im here though right? As some one said in my last entry, better to be late to a party than never show up! Im at the party and ready to have fun! In this case shed some Lb's!!! :) Im going to do the best I can, I'm eating some weight watchers snacks to ease the transition from junk food to zero! I kinda like them and I am recording everything I eat to keep on track! The one hurdle I need to over come is water! I need to drink more of it. I know I dont have enough so Im going to make more of an effort to get hydrated!!!


Im going to weigh in on monday and I hope to see a little difference!...Fingers crossed!

Thanks for the supprt fat secret members! Its just you and me on this tough road ahead!! I love reading the comments and seeing how other people are doing...keeps me motivated!!

Parents, what can I say? Having to move back in w/ my mom has definitely helped me back on the pounds due to her diet & having to live off her food. I have my share of the fault of course, but there have been many weeks that I lived off of just toast b/c I couldn't force myself to eat any of the other crap in the house. It's not the easiest but I've learned to work w/ what I've got & gotten my mom to bend a little to get things I want to eat that are healthy. You'll get back into those trousers in no time. Just keep focused & remember why you're doing this. As for the junk food, everything's fine in moderation but overtime you'll start to realize that you don't want it in your diet. That it doesn't taste as good as you had always thought. Sounds weird, but I'm finding it truer all the time. = )

Glad you got here in the end :) good luck with this journey and good luck with the water i have the same problem with getting enough so i try and carry a bottle around with me that i can keep filling up throughout the day x

@Evil_Angel_Shay: I hope I get that need to not want junk food soon!! Although I did go to the movies and bought some ben n jerrys (convincing myself that I'd work it off at the gym!) I licked it once and felt guilty and gave it to my brother! I just couldnt do it!!!! ITS SO NOT ME!! But i just felt like NO DONT GIVE IN!!!...voice inside my head and I even regret licking it! Happy I stopped myself though! :) I hope i can keep exercising that self control in the future!!! @SelinaMinus60: Thanks for the support!! And good idea with the water bottle!! Then I can keep track as well :)

Xklingx good luck on ur weight loss journey! I also have about 40 to 50 pounds I need to get off! I gained most of wit wit my daughter. But after I had her I actually lost weight and was at 160... I don't know how I ended up where I'm at! 200! That's me weighing more than wen I was pregnant. Wow. But I'm not super motivated to lose! Like you said, I'm here to party! Hehe woooo!
