I am amazed. I hoped for results, but certainly not this much loss, especially with limited physical activity beyond working on the property. I'm sure that this is just a combination of water weight loss and the speedy loss that comes from being so overweight that a reasonable diet gives over the top results. I will just keep on doing what I have been and hope that the weight keeps coming off.
