I have lost 10lb this month. I know that is considered good and slightly over the safe level of 2lb a week, but I can't get over the fact that I lost no weight, and gained weight for 2 weeks.

I have been exercising. Hopefully this will increase my metabolism. I am eating something at breakfast time. That should help. Hopefully, July will be the month that I see a difference. I've seen so many people on here loss 4lb a week. That is where I want to be. It is hard though, because muscle weighs a lot.

I guess that I just want to be into a size 12. I am currently a size 20 and that goal looks so far away. Especially the way I loose 5lb, gain 5lb, loose 5lb, gain 5lb
