I so did not want to do my yoga last night. Got home, plunked myself on the couch and tried to think of excuses why I shouldn't do it...it's too hot, I'm too tired, skipping one day won't make a difference, I should pet the cats instead...
So I sat there for half an hour and then almost without even realizing it, I got up got the yoga mat and Wii fit board out and just started doing it. Followed that up with sit-ups-made it to 102!! I will have abs of steel LOL. And I felt and slept better after working out. I haven't measured in a while but I looked different in the mirror this morning, so will measure this weekend.
Department picnic is tomorrow...hot dogs and potato salad-doesn't even sound good; I will eat before I go and bring some jicama to snack on. Anywho... ~Happy Friday!
