I want to tone my body now, so have to go on a full keto diet, but I love eating my carbs too, IF and eating very little, much below my 1800 recomended calories is working for me. Will have to wait and see. I need to bring down my fat %. If anyone is doing it this way, please let me know. I drink a lot of water too.
