Beautiful walk again,different sunrise everyday,bright yellow this morning.

Busy cooking today for one of my daughters who is closing on her house
she is buying so I'll be running up food tomorrow to help her out.
I may log on if I have the time.

I feel very confident that I will get where I want to be as long as I stay focus.I'm happy with what I'm doing,different strokes for different folks.We all have to find what works and what works for one
does not work for another. As Keli has stated what may work for us today may change tomorrow. She always gives good advise.

I haven't completed my full diary for today but will record what I do
have,my thing is sometimes I made changes along the way ,not everyday
I like to know the night before what is going into my mouth.

I wish you many successes today and everyday,I'n trying to catch up
