So I've been hovering around 201.6. Admittedly I am not very disciplined, but I'm beginning to wonder if starting BC again has had some negative effects on my goals. Still on the old batch of HCG, so that probably isn't helping either. Of course my subpar efforts totally explain my subpar results. Maybe I should have just done 20 days instead of trying for the 40. I seem to have run out of steam already.

Don't give up! You can get back on track in just one day with this diet! Get back on the right foods and you'll see the results immediately and that should get you re-motivated! I'm rooting for you!

Hang in there!! I did the 40 days and found after the 4th week the food was getting drab, but if you start looking for new recipes, it will really help. I found making coleslaw with the vinegars and stevia and whatever, helped, it was a change from sauteing, got sick of that all the time. Just a few little different ways to cook your food REALLY helps.

Check your measurements. You probably are down inches. There were times that I was only losing .2 lbs a day, and checked my measurements and I was down 3 inches(yes 3 inches in my waist)- that was in 5 days! Don't give up. A new bottle of HCG might help things along too.
