Sawi 30 gr , kiwi 52 gr , pisang beku 62 gr , v soy soya bean milk 100 ml ,air 100 ml yg gk doyan kiwi jngan dicampur ada rasa gatal2 dimulut 😂😂 ini kenyang cuma 163 kalori
