I found this bread with 7g per slice. If it sucks then maybe I’ll lose any craving for bread. But I had tuna in the pantry so decided to make tuna salad. Looking forward to it later.

@liv001, in my house, it ain't "tuna salad" without mayo! @Llamapalooza, I love tuna salad (and just about everything else!) on rye, but I've started eating tuna salad from "boats" of romaine lettuce. I don't crave bread, thank God. That would be a hard one to break -- but I guess all cravings are, no matter what it is! I could have so easily been an opiate addict, but the stuff just reduces me to a staring stupor or puts me to sleep. (I have a friend who craves cold cereal and can't live without Grape Nuts. The charm escapes me!)

I don’t actually crave bread but it sounded good for my tuna salad (with Mayo, yes)! And the very low carbs was a plus. It’s okay, not something I will buy again for awhile.

It's important to listen to what we tell ourselves. I haven't tried any recipes for "keto bread" because "bread," in general, doesn't fit this way of eating. Replacing the carbohydrate-laden foods that feed my diabetes is essential. So, one thing I do is use lettuce as a wrap instead of bread.
