Well, losing weight seems to be harder for me than in my previous years. I seem to be taking one step forward and two steps back. After trying so hard all day to eat right I tend to over indulge at dinner time. It's very disheartening. Today I will be fasting. Liquids only. I'm trying not to go over 600 calories today. I will weigh in tomorrow.

We all know what you are going through. Do you put down your fork after every bite and chew 20x's? Use a smaller plate? You will find the right combination. Post here. We are all here for you

I do the 600 calorie fast 2x a week, Tues and Fridays. At first it worked well (for the first 2 months or so) but since I started doing it last fall, I have fallen off the wagon. It´s not easy since I convince myself that I can eat/binge on my days off. Not good.

Gregorio C Thank you for your comment. This is what I want to try and do myself...Just getting started. I will try and keep a calorie deficit on my days not fasting as well. I appreciate your experience it helps me.

You're welcome. I've changed a few things recently in my fast due to personal events in my life but I maintain a version of it.
