....one year tomorrow I started my weight journey. I was at 204 pounds and will weigh tomorrow and celebrate a yearlong journey of engaged dietary change. Hopefully 168 tomorrow. That would be 36 pounds in a year. My clothes are different sizes. My BP med is gone. I can work out better with less belly to carry. I progressed quickly initially and slower now but I am working towards a goal of 150ish and think I can do it. So far so fast. Pat on the back girl. Self-efficacy-yea. Dukan has been a great friend but I am modified Dukan for sure. Mostly sugar free. Hallelujah.

great job. Even if you haven't reached your goal (which I am sure you will soon), you have proven that you can live the lifestyle and at min. maintain. You should give yourself a huge pat on the back. good luck on the rest of your goal.
