Starting to count calories again, which works and use my inclusive food calorie count sheet makes it easy. Along with mild walking exercise, and a plan to start riding my stationery bike. June 2018 reverse shoulder joint replacement is successful. Arthritis knee issues have created issues since December 2017, finally getting some relief. We will see how the next month progresses.

Hello welcome, when you count focus on the portions and amount of foods that leads you to a healthier body, that way when you stop counting you can maintain your body n not ever gain back the weight
