It is far too beautiful to be inside working today, but I can't think of any excuses to get the heck out of here! At least I'm off at 4pm and the weather will be just as gorgeous!
Today I notice that my jeans are extremely large on me and boy I have to tell you what a great feeling that is! Since I've always been big this is something that I truly am greatful for! I don't want to go and buy any new clothes just yet, but at this rate I might just have to!
I thought when I first decided to go w/ the Atkins way that I wouldn't have anything good to eat and that I would be hungry and miserable but that just isn't the case at all is it?!?!? I've never been much of a sweets eater anyways, so where this craving for chocolate came from, I just don't know! Thank goodness for Russell Stover and his sugar free candies!
And lastly on my list o'ramblings... I finally am in ketosis! It's only at moderate right now but considering over the weekend I was just at a small amount I think I must be doing this right!
Breakfast- Slimfast Low Carb Vanilla Cream Shake - 2 15 pepperoni slices - 0
Lunch- Salad Bar from HyVee w/ Romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, bacon, cucumbers, and creamy ranch dressing... not really sure how much here but I know I had 4 for my dressing.
Snack- Russell Stover Sugar Free Chocolate Carmel (you can have 3 for 1 carb. I had 2.
Extras- 3 bottles of water, 1 Dt Sunkist
