Itu green smothiee kak, bahanya pakai apa aja hijau2an tadi pakai sawi sendok,pisang,apel,sus kedelai . Enak kenyaaaang 😂😂 kalori cuma 150an

Enggak tau ya kak,itu susu kedelai kan kandungan proteinnyaa bnyak,dan menghindari hewani ,kalau gk ganti samaa kacamg2nya mgkin .. Atau selai kacang, Atau protein powder . .
