Welllll, i thought i had made up for my weekend damage the past 2 days.. apparently not :(

i fly to cali in 2 days, what are good quick fixes?

water pills.. getting rid of water would help.. hmm

I do a liquid fast once a week it seems to work...

For the liquid fast...what do you use..? I have protein powder, V8 juice...water...anything you recommend?

I do the lemon juice, maple syrup, water ,look up the lemonade diet it really works quick ,good luck to you let me know how you do

I will check it out...then have to mentally prepare myself. The last time I did something like that was in University. Over 6 years ago!
