Hi all - Today I walked .20 mile in 10:36. For some reason today was very hard. I could not walk more than .02 miles at a time and then rest. As I walked I was able to go further without a rest, but not like yesterday.
Today I am walking better at work without my walker. I am hoping every day I get stronger and stronger!
Eating still isn't great. I did so well last night and then I got up at 1:30 am and ate a bunch of oyster crackers and sweetened cereal. I seem to forget everything I learned about "distress tolerance" when I am wanting to binge eat.
