I lost 3 1/2 pounds this week. Happy to be losing weight. I still have a chest cold, but I'm drinking hot lemon water instead of plain tea with lemon. Thanks, angelnurse10 for your advice with the tea. Hopefully, I'll feel well enough to go to work tomorrow. Happy Labor Day to all!!!
