Multiplicity1's Journal, 21 Jun 10

I have just read the most helpful, most interesting and most important book I have ever read. It is called Money and the Law of Attraction by Esther and Jerry Hicks. It is about spirituality and life and prosperity and how everything fits together. It is awe inspiring and mind expanding and yet it seems so familiar as if I have known the information somewhere deep inside since I was born. I would recommend that anyone read it. I will read and re-read as it has so much to teach me. I will look for everything I can find by these two authors. I have their book Ask and It Is Given Learning to Manifest Your Desires also so I will read it right away. I will also attend one of their seminars as soon as possible. I am also reading and saying affirmations aloud daily and visualizing my goals daily. One of the exercises the authors suggest to help you manifest prosperity is to mentally spend $1,000 on Day 1, on Day 2 mentally spend $2,000, on Day 3 spend $3,000 and do this every day for 365 days to help you obtain the feeling of being prosperous. On Day 365 you will be mentally spending $365,000. Since we attract what we visualize it will help you attract prosperity. There are other things to do as well but you need to read the book to find out what those things are.
I am concentrating on maintaining a positive focus no matter what the circumstances and that is helping me recover from depression. My affirmations and goals encompass every area of my life - spiritual, financial, relationship, health, and career.
I have not managed to post on my buddies journals for a couple of days but I should be able to get on tonight for a bit. I did walk today but we skipped yesterday because it was Father's Day. I wrote my affirmations on colored index cards to make them more effective and I bought some poster board to make some treasure maps of my goals. I still need to post my food from yesterday and today. I have slacked off on posting exercise last week because I wasn't doing much while I was going to concerts. Now I am back getting into my walking routine again. Still need to get to those DVD's. I am visualizing that so hopefully that will help inspire me.
I ordered my bouquet and flower arrangements and finished arranging the music for the vow renewal. We have a friend who is picking up the cake.
I am getting excited about the ceremony. I need to make sure I have enough memory cards for our camera. I need to make a list for that and my trip to San Antonio so I don't forget something important like the rings or the sunscreen.
Hope everyone has a delightful and prosperous evening!
