Wow. Form 220 lbs on April 30th to 198.5 lbs this morning on June 20th. That makes 21.5 in 7 weeks. Its a start. I want to try and lose another 5, and more hopefully 10, lbs before I go back tot he doctor in a little over a month (end of July or beginning of August). I tried on a skirt today that used to fit okay - today I had to use a safety pin and pin a chuck at the waist in order to keep them up! YEAH ME!
90.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

OMG, Congratulations!!! What are you doing to lose the weight. I have gained 20 pounds or so since last summer. I am a teacher and a stress eater, so now looking to shed the unwanted weight!
