On the move again!! YAY, busy day ahead getting ready for Thanksgiving. Have to brave the grocery, Sam's and the mall.

Thanks guys -- I am exhausted but ready for the holiday. Have a new recipe in the oven from the Bob's Red Mill site http://www.bobsredmill.com/blog/gluten-free/all-day-i-dream-about-food/ GG-I am actually down 112.2 lbs from my heaviest - just 82.2 in this session of Atkins.
