koment donk kakak2 ttg cara diet aku,, sehat ngk,,,?
pagi mkan roti tawar 2 lembar + keju prociz + daun selada + selai kacang kadang oatmeal 3 sdm + susu kental manis 2 sdm + teh tong tji 200 ml
siang nasi merah 100 gr + telur goreng tnpa minyak + sayur kangkung/byam/toge/bunga kol
mlm yogurt + roti 1 lembar + selai kacang
