Hi Chris Congrats on your Weight loss the week! I love PF Changs, we go there a lot. Yeah, most of the menu is high in points. What I order there to keep my WW points down is the Egg Drop soup and as the entree I get the Seared Ahi Tuna starter plate. The budda feast steamed veggies are a good option too. All of the nutrition information is on their website. Just be careful on portions...most of the menu items are for a few servings so if you eat the whole thing..which is easy to do there, your calories can easily add up. Happy Friday :)

Oh my gosh Cathy it is so good and easy! Beets told me about the concept. I just googled "Fish in a Packet" and did the first recipe that came up. Essentially you just wrap brown rice, fish, spinach, tomatoes, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, and seasame oil and olive oil in foil and bake it for 20 minutes at 450. All the flavors mix together really well! :)

Hey Chris- i heard this about shrimp too, but heard you have to eat umpteen amounts of it to even amount to the equivalent of anything like a pepperette, or cheesestick! check that out and make sure its right. i love shrimp and eat it pretty often. glad you are down, you are moving down even though its not a fast as you want to see it. thanks for the fish recipe ( u too beets) i will make that for dinner on the weekend.
have a great day buddy;)

Nice loss Chris! I agree with Bailey about the shrimp, I've never quite believed that they are bad for you in any way at all. I hope you have a great weekend with your Father buddy!

Great job on the loss, will have to look at Beets idea on that fish. I'm a scardy cat when it comes to sea food, but I really want to learn to love it and cook it! Love the lettuce wraps at pfchangs! idk how bad they are though, google their menu

Where is their beach house? I know a lot of PA people go to LBI--good friend of mine from West Chester, PA is there now, so just curious. I've heard that about shrimp too. I'm more freaked out by the fact that they mostly now come from shrimp farms in China, Thailand and Vietnam and aren't very well monitored. There was a big thing last year with I think mercury levels, or some other kind of chemicals. And of course the US, wild-caught shrimp are now mostly drowning in oil. Maine shrimp is good though. Lettuce wraps sounds like a good idea. Even if the filling is high cal, it has to be better than most other things.

And congrats on the loss. It'll come down. It comes in spits and spurts. So glad the fish turned out well! Last night I was actually worrying that you would hate it--like if the proportions weren't good or something. Yay.

Oh it was so yummy! If we had more fish I'd probably make it again tonight! Haha. On a more serious note, it's scary how much bad stuff ends up in our foods. I wish there were more coupons for organically grown foods!

Their house is in Lewes, DE... I'm originally from Maryland, so this is a nice middle ground for family to meet up. :)

Oh, ok. I thought maybe it was in Jersey. And, yes, fish especially is prohibitively expensive when you're trying to get the non-toxic stuff.
