Oh happy day! Thats how I feel! Why! Who knows!Only Green Hornet does!
If that doesn't reveal my age nothing will.

Hi Folks!Good Buddies! FS Friends and any one else in between!

I think DH got tired of my moaning and groaning about weighting and measuring out portions for my protein.So the good guy that he ordered
me meats from Omaha Steak company.What a great variety,all preweighed
prepackage and sealed beautifully.have enough for the rest of the summer.Hope we don't lose electric if hurricanes come this was as they are predicting.

Its hard getting my 1700 however,its seems to be getting easier.I'm adding more fats in the form of protein like bacon etc.Don't want the
extra carbs,sticking with 20 nc. In order to see where I'm at with the
amt of carbs for the day,I have put them in Snacks,now this was not my
idea,my brain isn't up to that much thinking,but I read it somewhere
on site.

So what happens when Wednesday comes and no change!Well,there might not
be but that doesn't mean I'm going to stop and go lower,not for now
must give this a chance,my stupid bode has to get use more food.
I know this is a fact,if you cut back too much,then when you start adding you will gain but then it will even out.Does that make sense to you,it does to me.

There is no way no matter what comes along that I will quit this way of eating period!!!!!!So I'm standing very strong on this,my blood work
was very good,doc was pleased by the way for those of you who didn't
read my post my LDL is now 62!I have been on Atkins as I said before
the end of Feb.Have I lost a lot of weight,NO!! Why! Not because this doesn't work,but I allow vacations to over take my good thinking(when
that happens which isn't very often)and it sets me back.

So with all that said this morning,its time for me to do chores.Hopefully I can get back on later and talk with you all.Sometimes I miss out on all the fun because I'm on early while you guys are either sleeping or fooling around LOL

If I don't get back to my buddies,you are always in my thoughts.FS friends along with my buddies I wish you much success,I know we learn from each other.So many,many,great people on this site who are in the
same boat,willing to give and take good advise and are here tog all the time for us all,including me.

I love how happy and positive your posts are. I find them so refreshing. Good job on uping your calories. But don't get in the belief that you will only lose on 20 net carbs (induction). Most people find that they lose better in OWL. If you are losing well now, I wouldn't worry. But when you stop you might want to try it.

You are so uplifting and so bubbly!!! I am in OWL and losing just as well at 25 net carbs( or even higher some days) as I did in Induction.
