Day 15
Week #2 in review.
Well, I didn’t hit one of my activity goals I established for the week ... lol ... but I think a few of them were a bit much. I am down 5.7 pounds (since I started, three pounds this week) so I am going to focus on what I HAVE been doing right:
Pilates: I have not missed a day since I started with FS two weeks ago. ( I had hoped to do the 45 or 60 minutes class every day this week, but some days I just did the 30 minute one.)
Weight training: Twice this week (hoped for three)
Steps: Averaged 6,743/day (was hoping for 7000)
25 push ups: 3 times this week. (Most days totally forgot I had put this down as a goal)
Stay under 1500 calories/day: six days out of seven I stayed under. One day I was at 1598.
I did at least 60 minutes of intentional exercise all seven days. Several days were around two hours.
Goals for next week:
Pilates: 7 days Weights: 3x Steps: 8000/day average Push ups: 7x
Final thoughts:
I am feeling pretty good about things. My hunger is under control. I am not starving myself. I haven’t had any sugar in two weeks (unless it is hidden in processed food and it wasn’t obvious ) . I am still super motivated, but better yet, excited, because I think I can really do this and trying to look at it as doing something for myself (which I am bad at ... so I am trying to twist my mind into thinking that this focus on myself is a luxury and that I deserved to pamper myself a bit ... as opposed to thinking of it as a self-Imposed 3 month sentence to starvation and hard labor! 😜 I really, really can’t wait to get in the 50s. I also am anxious to REALLY notice a difference when I put on my jeans ... hopefully soon!
