Rosio is correct what she’s saying lifetime dieting is the only way and it doesn’t mean you can’t have foods like ice cream Rosio has it all the time and she looks great

Don't demonize sodium - very few people actually have sodium sensitive high blood pressure. Please read up on the effects of low sodium on electrolyte balance.

Better to LIVE-it instead of DIE-it. MUCH more positive outlook. Moderation is the key.

Patience is the hardest part. It doesn't matter how long it takes, just as long as you get there with your health intact!

have you checked you BMI? I'm 5'3" and when I reached 138 I was right on the border of normal and overweight. The span of weight for my height and age was 107-135 pounds. so I decided to hit the middle figuring to hit a good balance. Any way, I still had abdominal fat that made a (small) pooch so, I decided to lose a few more # to 119. While it's that pooch is much smaller, it's still a pooch. Lose more weight or exercise more, or being 64, just be content with how I look in how I my clothes? Jury's still out.
