Day 9 When you go out drinking for the night, how do you count those calories? Or do you just ... not? I wanna be smart about it and I don't want to back track on my weight loss for 1 night. Any low cal drink suggestions??

I don’t drink much so it’s easy for me to count.

Hard liquor on the rocks is pretty low cal and low carb. Red wines - the drier the better. You can usually search FS for what you are drinking and estimate calories. Stay away from fancy cocktails, usually lots of sugar. I like to plan ahead. For example if I know I am going to want a glass of wine tonight I will log it in my FS journal in the morning so that I am “leaving room” for it by having less calories earlier in the day.
