OMG!!! So THIS is what it's like to lose weight like a "normal" person! I hope I don't jinx this. Last three weeks, down six lbs. Two pounds a week! Like a normal person! SO exciting! Like all this work is paying off! ....that said - crappy workout today. Not feeling it. Got up very late, and have a few things to take care of, so distracted. Tried to work out. Did some of a cardio, then tried to do some of the power sculpt...just not feeling it today. Gonna shower, do my errands and maybe get in the pool a bit. Maybe I'll feel like doing dumbbells after that....that would be a good thing. Seems like when the scale drops like this, I feel less powerful for a day or so. Silly. Probably psychological : )Should plan out dinner. That really helped with the eating yesterday, knowing I really wanted a bison burger. Think I'll do something with chicken breasts today. Craving a salad, maybe eat some before I take off.
